At a time when I have been given more space. The type of space where I have more time to control. I sense the need to make the best use of the time.
I was talking to someone earlier last week. They referred to inner strength. They said.
Leaving feeling stronger. As you know Lizzie Hub has three sides to it: Virtual conversations, walks and meet ups. Today I thought I’d share more about my virtual conversations. Doing more of what I have done for years with a twist. Leaving feeling stronger.
It is not doing something on impulse or doing what you want to as its unlikely to be useful. It’s about being consistent in a certain way that connects you as a human. No one is immune to wounds and scars its how we communicate the scars not the wounds that make us authentic.
I had a thought recently. About leaders and their teams. What are the components that make them. How the components work together. What makes them stronger. This led me to triangles.
Some days are like fast flowing rivers.
Other days are like treacle. Everyday your feeling can be altered by the beat of your inner strength.
Time runs fast. Energy levels seem to get depleted quicker. Keeping strong for the week ahead is all in the planning and practice.
When I was thinking about the components of what I do things seem to come together in threes.
Three is an important number for me. It’s the fundamentals of inner strength building and inner strength maintenance.
What are your top three?
It is the conversation that is the point not the hidden agendas but what is beautifully created in the moment through great listening, presence, insightful questions with an understanding of what has been learnt.
