HOW THESE 5 R’S CAN HELP YOU NOW

Inspired by Seth Godin’s blog Raft Up here are my thoughts on survival

Raft – We survive best in groups. Build and or find yours.

Rhythm – Build a rhythm for that day that is best for the whole household not just you.

Routine – Have a routine that people stick to. Remember that home learning will be less than ‘normal’ school days.

Rest – Just like the old norm rest time is beneficial. Build it into your day.

Resilience – or as my daughter has just said resist the dark side. We are all different. Having strategies which you build on are important and help you be stronger so you can deal with the today.
