I had a thought earlier this year. About leaders. And how they move about.

Leaders change slowly. But their circumstances can change quickly. And it is this notion (amongst others) that has led me to focus down on developing Inner Strength for leaders.

Inner Strength.

Inner Strength is portable.

The way I seek to build it is, anyway.

In my work, I explore where the leader is today. And at the same time I consider where they might be tomorrow. I may even influence this. I’m not sure.

But one of the things that I am told sets me apart as a Coach is that the change I make is, somehow, relevant to almost any circumstance that my client finds themselves in.

Inner Strength does that, I suppose. It stays with you. It’s inside of you. It adapts.

I’m testing this all the time. Portability.

I’ll let you know how I get on.
