We tend to relax more.

We worry less.

In so doing our brain and our bodies

Have a chance to relax

With less adrenaline darting around the body.

This works in our favour as we tend to be more creative.

More pleasant to be with.

And we remember and see what is most important.

Do what adds the most value.

Festive times often have rituals associated with them.
