Maintaining your willpower

As Cal Newport says in his book

Deep work

Is hard.

We have a limited amount of willpower.

Which means.

I believe.

We have to balance.

Willpower with our energy.

Our mental energy levels

Tend to fluctuate with the intensity of the different types of work we do.

The more brain taxing the quicker the energy levels drop.

And the quicker our willpower drops.

When you look at your week.

Where does your willpower drop?

Does this coincide with your energy levels?

If so.

How can you best manage your week?


You can mix up the intensity of the work

And still get everything done with your willpower and energy levels intact?
